Valorization of Cereal Byproducts with Supercritical Technology: The Case of Corn

Ethanol and starch are the main products generated after processing of corn via dry grinding wet milling, respectively. Milling generates byproducts including stover, condensed distillers’ solubles, gluten meal, dried grains with solubles (DDGS), which sources valuable compounds for industry lignin, oil, protein, carotenoids, phenolic compounds.
